Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
How to Request a Return

Email support@vargan.com with your order number and reason for return.

You will receive a Return Authorization Form (RAF).

Complete the RAF and attach clear photos of the product and packaging.

Ship the item using any trackable courier of your choice.

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
In those cases, we will replace or refund the order at no cost.
Restocking & Processing Fee
All approved returns include a €6.90 restocking and handling fee, deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos and your order number. We will issue a replacement or full refund immediately.
Effectiveness Policy
VARGAN shows its best results through consistent use over 30–45 days. We recommend completing the full ritual cycle before evaluating results.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved and the product is received, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
